
The Arkansas H.A.W.K.S. was founded by Mike Conley Sr. in 1997. Conley founded the Arkansas Hard at Work Kids with his son, NBA-All Star Mike Conley Jr. as point guard and won the HAWKS' 1st AAU National Championship.
The vitality of our communities depends upon our contributions and our ability to give back to our young people. The leaders of our program coach, develop, mentor, and guide our student-athletes.
The Arkansas Hawks is a proud member of the elite level Adidas 3SSB circuit . The shoe company sponsored program is the only Adidas 3SSB in Arkansas.
The Arkansas HAWKS take pride as currently being currently the longest running grassroots basketball program in Arkansas. We celebrate 25 years of supporting kids from Arkansas!
K. Annor Boateng had a very busy March after receiving Gatorade Arkansas Player of the Year, First Team All-Arkansas Prep, Real Deal in the Rock MVP, All-State and All Conference as he prepares for competition on the 3SSB circuit.

After the talent in the class of 2024 and 2025 played at a high level on the 3SSB circuit. Both teams are loaded with talent with the majority of the rosters with Division I scholarship offers and have received their official invitation to return to 3SSB.
Former Arkansas Hawk and Razorback, Daryl 'D4' Macon is returning to the HAWKS as a supporter of the 17U Hawks.
Macon will support the team in practices, attend games, and provide mentoring.
Isaiah Joe is once again, stepping up to support the Arkansas HAWKS in 2023! When Zai is not busy with the OKC Thunder, look for him to make appearances at Hawks practices and games.
