34 Years in the Basketball Community
The Arkansas HAWKS organization joined the grassroots community in 1992, under the vision and direction of Mike Conley Sr. After graduation from the University of Arkansas, Mike and his friends (Derrick and Bill) took a vision and grew a the Arkansas Hawks brand to a well-respected brand in the world of grassroots basketball.

The purpose of the Arkansas HAWKS organization is to initiate, stimulate, and improve opportunities for amateur boys and girls basketball competition, as well as promote community, leadership, sportsmanship, physical fitness, educational opportunities and athletic excellence.
